• Product Condition : Items must be unused , with original tags and in original packaging .
• Exceptions : Returns are not accepted on discounted products, personalized products , underwear , or items in the process of delivery .
• 🌎 Geographic Coverage: Mexico and the United States : Returns are accepted in both countries.

💰 Refunds

• Refund Method : The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Processing Time : Once the returned product is received, it will go through a validation process and we will process the refund within 15 to 41 business days .
