📦 Order Processing & Shipping Information

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and promotional periods.
We process orders daily. Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase and will be shipped the following business day after processing is completed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. After that, delivery times will range from 12 to 60 business days depending on the shipping destination and logistics carrier performance.

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

All prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Mexican pesos (MXN), which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, customs duties, and related fees may be assessed once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. These charges are your responsibility and will not be covered by TENYA.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures in your country.
