Return window: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Product condition: Items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on:
- Discounted or sale items
- Personalized/custom-made products
- Underwear or intimate apparel
- Items currently in transit

We accept returns from customers located in Mexico and the United States.
💰 Refunds
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Processing time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow 15 to 41 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
