🛒 TENYA Return Policy

At TENYA, we are committed to providing quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

✅ General Conditions

  • Returns Deadline : We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • Product Condition : Items must be unused , with original tags and in original packaging .
  • Exceptions : Returns are not accepted on discounted products, personalized products , underwear , or items in the process of delivery .
  • 🌎 Geographic Coverage: Mexico and the United States : Returns are accepted in both countries.

💰 Refunds

  • Refund Method : The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time : Once the returned product is received, it will go through a validation process and we will process the refund within 15 to 41 business days .

  1. Log in to our returns portal using your email and order ID.
  2. Select the products you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Wait for instructions.
  4. Pack items securely and ship.
